MOLDING RECEIVING ORDER/ORDERING SYSTEM AND MANUFACTURE OF MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molding receiving order/ordering system enabling any user to order resin moldings to a trader satisfying required conditions and capable of automatically determining a molding condition capable of reducing the generation ratio of defective moldings and providing a molding method suited to production for the small numbers of moldings of many kinds without using metal molds. SOLUTION: A computer capable of accessing orderers and plants is provided with a data base recording data concerned with manufacture in the plants and a plant optimum to order conditions is retrieved. In order to reduce defective moldings, molding conditions are determined by utilizing numerical analysis. A rapid prototyping system is provided to the order of production of the small numbers of moldings of many kinds as a molding method.
