PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide V-connection spot network power receiving facilities which prevent the operation of network relays from being influenced by a current flowing in a grounded phase, and open a protector circuit-breaker certainly, when a distribution line failes. SOLUTION: The R-phases and S-phases of the network circuits 4a, 4b are provided with network current transformers 16aR, 16aS, 16bR, 16bS with tertiary windings, and the tertiary windings of the R-phases and S-phases are connected in series to form tertiary circuits. Besides, the T-phases are provided with network current transformers 9aT, 9bT, and the secondary windings of the current transformers 16aR, 16aS, 16bR, 16bS with tertiary windings, and the secondary windings of the current transformers 9aT, 9bT are connected through network relays 11a, 11b into star connections without residual circuits to form secondary circuits. |
