<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide necessary information in the following startup of power supply even if a backup power source has a trouble. SOLUTION: This device comprises a backup power source 1, a CPU 2 for having the processing for detecting a service interruption and immediately operating the backup power source 1 and a rewritable memory 3 for storing the state of a system in the service interruption. In the occurrence of the service interruption, the CPU 2 writes the information related to the backup power source 1 in the memory 3 when it is decided that the backup power source 1 is not normally operated.</p> |
