PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine capable of improving the storability during no use of a seat belt and also the effective use of the seat belt. SOLUTION: An upper slewing body, a driver's cab installed on the upper part of the upper slewing body, and a seat belt for holding an operator to this driver's seat are equipped; the seat belt has a pair of webbing and fastening plates each equipped to one end of the webbing for releasing the coupling of both the webbing in this construction machine; and a holding member holding at least one fastening plate during no use of the seat belt is provided at the driver's seat or in the vicinity thereof.
