<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the optimization of the model constants of a waste water treatment process according to conditions such as calculation time, precision, stability and the like. SOLUTION: This waste water treatment process simulator comprises a quality function storage part 108 for modeling and storing the waste water treatment process as a quality function containing a quality factor of waste water and the model constant; a model constant optimization means 105 provided with a plurality of optimization arithmetic means for optimizing the value of the model constant by use of the measured values of the quality factor of waste water, an optimization means priority determining means 101 for determining the priority of the optimization arithmetic means on the basis of a given selecting condition, an optimization means control device 102 for making the model constant optimization means 105 perform the optimizing operation of the model constant by use of the optimization arithmetic means on the basis of the determined priority, and a calculation result judgment means 103 for judging the propriety of the model constant obtained by the optimizing operation.</p> |
