<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage and distribution system which passes on the due compensation based on the rational evaluation about the effective information. SOLUTION: This system includes an information recorder 23 which registers the information and the information value, an information storing device 26 which stores relationship between both registered information and information value, a device 22 which opens the information on the public, presents the information according to the information value and also collects the using information from the users, an information value management device 24 which manages dynamically the relationship between the information and the information value stored in the device 26 according to the information collected from the users and an instruction control device 21 which controls those devices 23, 26, 22 and 24. Furthermore, a pass-on indication device 25 is added to pass on the profit to an information producer in response to the relationship between the information and the information value managed by the device 24.</p> |
