PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor that can withstand severe vibration and a high temperature. SOLUTION: The earthquake-proof temperature sensor 11 measures a surrounding temperature under a vibration environment. The sensor is provided with a protection pipe section 17 that covers the outermost side for protecting the inside and at the same time transmits the external temperature to the inside, an element body 18 that is fitted into the protection pipe section 17 for detecting the external temperature, a capillary 19 for supporting the element body 18 and its lead wire 14 firmly in one piece, and a diameter-change spring 20 for elastically supporting the capillary 19 while the capillary 19 is being suspended in the protection pipe section 17. The diameter-change-spring 20 comprises an expansion part 20A and a contraction part 20B, and the capillary 19 is elastically supported by the contraction part 20B while the capillary 19 is being supported to the side of the protection pipe side 18 by the expansion part 20A.
