PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data-distributing system for preparing data to be transmitted, corresponding to their destinations at distributing of data, using electronic mails. SOLUTION: One or more HTML files are accepted by an acceptance- processing part 11, and stored in a storage part 15, and a data-extracting part 9 reads the HTML files from the storage part 15, and detects an alias corresponding to destination in the HTML files, and records the range of the data to be extracted. A data-connecting part 13 stores the data extracted by the data extracting part 9 in buffers ensured for respective destinations on the storage part 15. When these processing for all the destinations and HTML files are completed, a transmission processing part 14 transmits the data stored in the buffers in the storage part 15 to the corresponding destinations.
