PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that in conventional method of providing positional information of a movable body cost a large amount due to the need for constructing similar systems in companies and facilities. SOLUTION: A positional information collection part 20 receives, via a wireless network 100, positional information of the movable body transmitted from a movable-body position transmission part 10, generates standardized data of a predetermined kind from the positional information, and transmits the generated standardized data to positional information processing parts 30 (40 and 50). The processing parts 30 (40 and 50) processes the received standardized data into use information corresponding to predetermined jobs and transmits the processed use information to positional information, using parts 60 (70 and 80).
