PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top upholster having a fireproof function, and capable of being utilized for furniture, an interior of a vehicle or the like considering the global environment. SOLUTION: This top upholster is composed of a fabric having flame proofness, and the fabric is constituted of a thread obtained by mixing a flame- retardant synthetic fiber, a carbonized type fiber and a recycled fiber. Preferably, the mixing ratio is 25-45% flame-retardant synthetic fiber, 5-25% carbonized type fiber and 30-70% recycled fiber.
