METHOD FOR THE FORMATION IN VITRO SYSTEM FOR GROWING OF STONE-LIKE COMPOUNDS ON A SUBSTRATE

The method shall be used in medicine, in diagnostics and in pharmacology. It consists in growing of stone-like compounds of their oversaturated solutions on a monocrystalline quartz substrate the surface and the appurtenant solution of which are set in oscillation. The oscillation is formed outside the medium for growing by piezoelectric interaction between the surface of the quartz substrate and the appurtenant solution. By the method in vitro systems can be formed for the modelling of the multilayer kidney stones the composition layers of which satisfy the condition for epitaxial relation to each other, as well as for modelling the formation of the kidney stones of two or more embryos, for investigation of the process of the crystalline growth in the presence of promoters or inhibitors, substances accelerating or retarding the process of the crystalline growth of the kidney stones, for indication in the patients' urine of microquantities of stone-forming compounds, and for the investigation of the processes of the crystalline growth for stone-forming compounds on substrates of different bioactive materials. 1 claim, 1 figure
