COMPENSATION SEISMORECEIVER

The compensation low frequency seismoreceiver is used in theoretical and engineering seismology, seismic mechanics, investigation of explosion processes for the movement of the gound - the earth surface and/or foundations and in all research of geodynamic processes: strong earthquakes, landslides, explosions and others. It is used for registering ground motions of larger amplitudes, and furthermore due to the elimination of the resonance properties of the pendulum the frequency range of registration is considerably wider. The principle of operation of the seismoreceiver consists in forced maintenance of the pendulum in conventionally immobile (zero) position by an electromechanical force proportional to an electric signal produced in a system following the position between the pendulum and the chassis. 1 claim, 1 figure
