The invention relates to medicine, in particular to neurosurgery and may be applied for plasty of cranial bone defects after surgical interventions. Summary of the method of plasty of cranial bone defects consists in that it is effected section of the skin, aponeurosis and periosteum, meningolysis, treatment of the defect margins, substitution of the defects is made with a consistent partially polymerized acrylic mass, which afterwards is modeled by pressing up to the complete substitution of the defect irregular margins, after what the acrylic mass is subjected to the complete polymerization.
