PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a requested squeeze of an O-ring via a simple operation. SOLUTION: When a bolt 19 is loosened and the head of an unshown hexagon wrench is fitted in a tool fitting hole 14 formed in a nut 12 to turn the nut 12, a cylinder member 1 is axially moved according to the turning travel of the nut 12, so that the squeeze of an O-ring 6 disposed between a small-diameter portion 1a of the cylinder member 1 and a cover member 5 can be adjusted easily.
