PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring system for building, with which a centralized monitoring center is not required and inexpensive and quick measures can be taken. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a Web server 1 respectively equipped with reporting devices 21, 22,..., 2N for reporting abnormal information to plural buildings to be monitored and connected with the reporting devices and portable terminals through the Internet 3 while making plural members 41, 42,..., 4n to be dispatched have portable terminals and the Web server is provided with home pages H1, H2,..., HN for each of buildings. Then, the abnormality contents of a building, location information thereof and the location information of each of members to be dispatched are displayed on the home page and while defining a preset member to be dispatched as a leader, an optimal member to be dispatched for dealing with abnormality is selected out of the relevant home page through the portable terminal carried with the relevant leader. Then, dispatching is instructed to the selected member to be dispatched and the member, who receives the dispatching instruction, to be dispatched is dispatched after acquiring the location information from the home page of the relevant building through the portable terminal. |
