PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform collectively all processes for altering the card information such as invalidation of the card to a financial institution at a request from a user by unitarily managing of individual's card information. SOLUTION: A user ID is inputted from a terminal and services relating to card information registered in a card management database can be selected, and a managing server processes the card information on a condition that the user ID sent from the terminal is collated and alters the card information corresponding to the user ID in the card management database by, for example, invalidation. Then, information showing that the card information is altered is sent to the object financial institution. The object financial institution alters the information corresponding to the card number in the database by, for example, invalidation in relation to the card information sent from the managing server. |
