PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an information providing system and a charging system, by which the system software development constructing expenditure, capital investment expenditure and system maintenance managing expenditure of an information provider IP are reduced, an information charge collecting job is simplified and a cost is reduced and to provide a system for managing and using a large number of unspecified information providers when an information charge collection deputizing service system using a public telephone line is utilized. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a charged information providing means for utilizing the information charge collection deputizing service through the use of the public telephone line to provide information of connection type communication on the internet, a storage destination intrinsic address(ID) connection managing means for identifying the IPs, an information charging arithmetic means and a control means for controlling an operation. |
