PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor planning method of a multiple dwelling house dwelling unit which enables a tenant to easily plan flooring in accordance his/her needs. SOLUTION: One or more space distribution plans to distribute a house unit floor surface in a plural number of functional spaces for each of the house units of the multiple dwelling house and a plural number of floor surface planning drawings for each of the space functional spaces are produced and memorized in a computer. The tenant to be designates the house unit, indicates the space distribution plan of the designated house unit, selects the desired space distribution plan by comparing it with others and plans the flooring by indicating and comparing the floor surface planning drawing belonging to the desired space distribution plan. Favourably, the floor planning drawing is formed as combination of a plural number of the space planning drawings against each of the functional spaces of each of the space distribution plans, the tenant to be selectively combines the space planning drawings belonging to each of the functional spaces of the desired space distribution plan, indicates it and plans flooring of each of the house units by comparing them with each other. |
