摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply mount a radar to a front face of a vehicle by shortening a depth in the wave radiation direction of the radar to be mounted to the vehicle for detecting a direction of a target. SOLUTION: A bend wave guide of two layers of a planar structure is formed of a conductor fixing plate 2, conductor partition plates 29, 49 and 70 and a slot substrate 1. A transmitting antenna is constituted of slot arrays 61-1 to 61-n and the folding wave guide. Each of two receiving antennas is constituted of slot arrays 21-1 to 21-n, 41-1 to 41-n and the folding wave guide. A transmitting part and two receiving parts are constituted of leakage wave dielectric lines 23, 43 and 63 and a reflecting plate. Waves generated at an oscillation part 69 are emitted from the transmitting part and the transmitting antenna. Reflected waves from the target are received by the first and the second antennas and are detected by a first detection part 27 and a second detection part 47. A position and a velocity of the target are obtained by a control part 3. The direction of the target can be detected by the radar of a planar structure, having short depth.</p>
