PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptor system and an imaging system that can readily pick up a magnified image of a microscope by using an imaging device such as a digital camera. SOLUTION: In the case that the digital camera 31 is used at a C mount section 33 of the microscope 32, the digital camera 31 is mounted to the C mount section 33 of the microscope 32 via a C mount adaptor 21 and an optical adaptor 1. In the case that the digital camera 31 is used at an eyepiece lens section 34 of the microscope 32, the digital camera 31 is mounted on the eyepiece lens section 34 of the microscope 32 via the optical adaptor 1.
