PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flashing lamp that prevents lowering of contrast due to the sunlight and can be used fully useful, even outside such as a gold course and that has small electrical consumption. SOLUTION: The flashing lamp A is comprised of a base body 200, an electrical bulb 201 and a case 303 and the electrical bulb 201 flashes for warning. The top portion 303a of the case 303 is applied with a reflection-suppressing process by a black color paint or the like for frosting and that prevents the sunlight from entering into the case 303 and also prevents reflection of the case 303 itself. Thereby using the above structure, the flashing lamp can be fully useful outside where conventionally the contrast of the flashing lamp has not been so satisfactory.
