PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing structure of a portable electronic device enabled to tightly combine a portable electronic device body and a cell pack body, having an effect on waterproof, shortening the time for assembly, contributing to the quality control, by forming a soft part at integrally joining part of either one or both of the portable electronic device body and the cell pack body. SOLUTION: The waterproofing structure of the portable electronic device is composed of a portable electronic device body, a rechargeable cell body supplying electricity by being connected mechanically and electrically to the portable electronic device body, and a soft part formed at the concave part of peripheral part of the portable electronic device body, to which the cell pack body is mounted.
