SOLUTION: The electronic equipment 1 is provided with a control circuit board 27 which is placed in the casing 2, is provided with a control circuit to control each operation of the electronic apparatus 1 and has contact points for adjustment 27a, etc., connected with connection terminals 35a, etc., of an adjustment tool 35 for adjusting the control circuit electrically, a battery holder 28 which is provided in the casing, houses a cell 34 for feeding a driving current to the control circuit board, and has an insertion hole 31b into which the connection terminal of the adjustment tool is inserted when the control circuit is adjusted electrically, and an opening and closing cover 30 which opens and closes the battery holder.
