PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device that prevents its display screen from being electrostatically charged and from undesirably radiating electromagnetic wave and prevents its conductive film from being destroyed. SOLUTION: A function film 8, having a conductive film whose surface is covered with a nonconductive film, is adhered onto the display screen, the nonconductive film and a reinforcement band 6 are connected via a conductive tape 20 having two kinds of conductive adhesive layers 21, 22 whose conductivity differs from each other, the conductive adhesive layer 21 with the lower conductivity is adhered to the nonconductive film of the function film 8 and the conductive adhesive layer 22, with the higher conductivity being adhered to the reinforcement band 6.
