PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint fixture for a shutter, which can silently and smoothly move through a location at which a vertical rail is connected to a shutter housing chamber. SOLUTION: The joint fixture for the shutter is formed of a pair of projecting guide plates 1, a pair of tongue pieces 2, and four band plates 3. Each projecting guide plate 1 is arranged on the side of an opposed wall surface 72 of the vertical rail 7, and erected in an upward projecting manner from an upper edge thereof. The projecting guide plate 1 guides a shutter door 8 from the shutter housing chamber 6 to the vertical rail 7. Each tongue piece 2 is formed by cutting out two portions of a plate portion downward extending form the projecting guide plate 1 so as to form U-shaped notches, except for an upper portion thereof. Each band plate 3 is formed on both sides of the tongue piece by the notches. An interval between the projecting guide plates is broadened at their upper edges 11, and an interval between the same at their base portions 12 is set almost equal to a groove width W of the vertical rail. An interval between the tongue pieces 2 is broadened at their lower edges 21, and major portions 22 other than the lower edges are downward linearly extended from the base portions. The tongue pieces are inserted into a groove 71 at an upper end of the vertical rail. The band plates 3 are bent into the L letter, and abutted on an upper end corner portion of the vertical rail.
