PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated finishing material capable of making a decorative material a material hard to be damaged as a finishing material even when the decorative material is a thin plate or a soft material, that is, excellent in marring resistance at low cost. SOLUTION: This laminated finishing material is constituted by impregnating and solidifying resin on the whole part or a part of a sheet material 2 and the lined wooden decorative material 1 by laminating the wooden decorative material 1 lined with a sheet material 4 a back surface of which is free to impregnate nonwoven fabric, paper and other resin and the sheet material 2 free to impregnate resin containing glass fiber.
