PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the obtainment of sufficient slip-off stopping strength and eliminate a place from protruding from the peripheral part of the opening of a bore hole. SOLUTION: An anchor is composed of a pipe body 2 having a cylindrical part 3 and a protruding edge part 4 formed at one end of the cylindrical part 3 and a core rod 10 having a columnar bulging part 11, which is inserted into the pipe body 2, protrudes from the other end of the cylindrical part 3 of the pipe body 2, and has a larger diameter than the inner diameter of the cylindrical part 3, and a holding part 13 protruding from one end of the pipe body 2. Between the bulging part 11 and the holding part 13 of the core rod 10, there is formed a breaking groove 14 for allowing the core rod 10 to undergo breaking when the bulging part 11 is pulled into the cylindrical part 3 by the force above a prescribed level.
