<p>A non-destructive inspection device comprising an exciting unit (11) for generating sound waves (W) and a receiving unit (12) for receiving reflected waves by being pressed onto the surface of an object to be measured (16), a pressing mechanism (13) for pressing the exciting unit and the receiving unit onto the object to be measured, a pressing force measuring unit (14) for detecting pressing forces (Fa, Fb) at exciting, an exciting control unit (10) for driving the exciting unit, and a received signal processing unit (15) for judging internal defects based on received signals (R), the received signal processing unit including a reflection energy computing unit for computing a reflection energy level generated by the elastic vibration of the object to be measured, a reflection energy correcting unit for determining a correction value obtained by standardizing a reflection energy level in terms of a pressing force, and an internal defect judging unit for detecting internal defects based on the correction value, whereby absolute reflection energy levels of reflection waves can be compared for judging to thereby significantly improve an evaluation accuracy of an internal defect.</p> |
