The semiconductor organic layer is produced as a an electroluminescent cell for use as organic light emitting diodes, OLED. The device has a substrate with a solution or dispersal of an organic mix. The layer is formed on a surface and is subjected to a drying process. The device generates an emission in the infra red range.
