PURPOSE: A window glass lifting apparatus of a vehicle is provided to reduce noise by buffering impact in moving up a window glass, and to prevent a wire from being cut against repeated impact. CONSTITUTION: A window glass lift device of a vehicle is composed of a door guide installed vertically in a door; a window glass(W) sliding up and down along the door guide; a door channel(2a) fixed in the door to lift up and down the window glass; a casing combined with the door channel with sliding, and connected to a slider(2b) by a wire(2c); a regulator having a motor combined with the casing to turn; and a buffering unit installed in the slider to prevent impact noise in lifting up and down the window glass. Springs are inserted between the slider and upper and lower plates, and the window glass is contacted to a stopper of the door in finishing lifting up and down the window glass. Noise is prevented with absorbing impact in contacting, and the wire is prevented from being cut.
