PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record information such as the data of an image around a vehicle in the case of accident or vehicle traveling state effective for investigating the cause of the accident. SOLUTION: Different directions around the vehicle are photographed by plural on-vehicle cameras 121-124. The images of the respective cameras are transferred through an on-vehicle information LAN and displayed on a monitor 102. A plurality of image data and handle angle information are synthesized by a synthesizing part 112 and one of synthetic image data is generated. When impulse is detected by a collision deciding part 105 or in the case of falling or sudden braking, the synthetic image data are recorded in a recording part 114. Video around the vehicle in the cage of vehicle collision or the like and the handle angle information can be recorded and effectively utilized for investigating the cause of the accident.
