PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device for a logarithmic output with less effect of internal reflection. SOLUTION: A reflection preventing film 5 is provided on the surface of a lid 4 so that the light quantity of the internal reflection light generated between a solid-state imaging element 2 fitted to the bottom surface of a package 1 and the lid 4 which is inserted in the opening of the package 1 for sealing it is 0.1% or less with regard to the quantity of light incident on the solid-state imaging element 2. Thus, an effective electric signal where the effect of internal reflection is suppressed is outputted from the solid-state imaging element 2 of a wide dynamic range where a logarithmic conversion is performed for photoelectric conversion. |
