PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for managing selling for POS capable of surely performing identity confirmation, the provision of sales promotion information, door-to-door sales, remote ordering and price settlement or the like while utilizing a portable telephone under the progress of spreading. SOLUTION: This system is composed of a portable telephone 4 composed of a packet communication means, a POS terminal 1 having an operation input means 11, a selling managing means 12 for managing selling and lending, a client managing means 13 for performing client management, a data storage means 14, a mail generating means 15 and a communication control means 18, an MIF unit 3 having a terminal I/F means 31 for interfacing with the portable telephone, a transaction accepting means 32 and a terminal authenticating means 33, a store server 2 for performing selling managing processing, a private communication line 6 and a WEB server 5 for exchanging the home page of store information and electronic mail. |
