<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle rental system, with which a bicycle can be easily utilized as a traffic means for a short distance to attend work or to go to the school in the state of suppressing an economical loss caused by a steal or no return to a minimum by solving a social problem of illegal parking close to a station. SOLUTION: Between each of plural rental shops 2 provided with a terminal information processor 1 composed of a card reader 23 for reading the personal information of a user and information for lending and returning recorded on a member's card C to be issued with an admission procedure and a managing computer 24 for individually processing the read information and a system managing device 3 in a center 4 provided with a host computer 32 for managing the entire system, while including information for limiting the number of bicycles to be lent with one member's card to one, various kinds of information can be mutually transmitted through a communication line 5.</p> |
