PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label which eliminates the need for release paper and allows an easy increase of the number of sheets to be issued without increasing a printing speed. SOLUTION: Tacky adhesive layers 13 and 14 and release layers 15 and 16 are alternately formed on the respective opposite surfaces of a pair of label base materials 11 and 12 disposed to face each other. A pair of these label base materials are surpassed on each other in such a manner that the tacky adhesive layer formed on the one label base material is superposed on the release layer formed on the other label base material.
