PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate ensuring of an installation space for and assembling of an actuator or the like, and improve even a freedom degree of design, in a damper which can adjust a car height to an arbitrary height. SOLUTION: This damper 10 with a mechanism adjusting a car height is constituted by providing an actuator 72, which can change a car height position by driving a pump rod 61 in an axial direction to open/close a return passage 71 of this pump rod 61 by a pump tube 63, in a damper bottom side. |
