PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for performing e-commerce while maintaining the truth of estimation, a terminal for performing such e-commerce and a recording medium having a program for making a computer realize the function of such a terminal recorded thereon. SOLUTION: A buyer inputs an estimation request to a perused web page (502 and 504) and a seller receives the estimation request and presents the estimation on the web page whose perusal is permitted only to the buyer (506 and 512). The buyer peruses it and puts in an order on the web page (514 and 516) and the seller takes the order (518).
