PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly cope with various ordering conditions, and delivery destinations, speedup of ordering and delivery, and requests of individual customers. SOLUTION: The customer places an order of a meal by accessing a Web system 100 via a network such as the Internet by using an ordering system 400 or an MMK 201. The Web system 100 accepts the order, selects a proper menu from a menu DB 101 according to customer information of a customer file 102 and the ordering conditions and requests cooking and a delivery processing from a delivery service 103 via the network. The delivery service prepares the meal according to the menu from the Web system 100 and delivers the meal to a home delivery destination 300 or a deposit system 200 by a home delivery vehicle, by the delivery service 103. |
