<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a function capable of retrieving 'producible number excess alarm' and a system capable of forming a proper correction number of 'predicted number + defined number' +αto rationally deal with a short delivery deadline order. SOLUTION: In 'producible number excess alarm extracting processing', the accumulated number of 'predicted number + defined number' and the accumulated number of 'producible number' are calculated, a load point having the accumulated number of 'producible number' higher than the accumulated number of 'predicted number + defined number' is extracted as an excess alarm candidate once and compared with an 'excess alarm reference value' set by a user, and an excess alarm target is extracted from the excess alarm candidates. In case of the 'producible number excess alarm', since it is a factor of inventory generation, a monetary alarm is given together with a numerical alarm. The correction numberαis not simply set to the difference between 'producible number' and 'predicted number + defined number', not automatically adjusted by renewing the producible number on the basis of the past and future order generation patterns.</p> |
