PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer wiring board, having a low specific dielectric constant and low dielectric loss and available for flexible boards. SOLUTION: The multilayer wiring board has a base and/or a function- imparting layer, containing a fluorine-containing aryl ether ketone polymer represented by formula I R1 is shown by formula II (X and X' are each halogen atom, lower alkyl group or lower alkoxy group; q and q' are each an integer of 0-4; m and p are each an integer of 0 or 1; and R2 is a bivalent organic group)} and/or a polycyanoaryl ether represented by equation III (Y1 is 1-12C alkyl group, alkoxy group, alkylamino group or alkylthio group which may have a substituted group; 6-20C aryl group, aryloxy group, arylamino group or arylthio group which may have a substituted group; Y2 is a bivalent organic group; and Z is the degree of polymerization). |
