PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a label from being restuck as the once peeled label is destroyed when peeling even if someone attempts to peel the label after use. SOLUTION: This label include a label base material 10 which has a disconnectable part disconnectable from other portions by wire-shaped slitting 17 made discontinuous by being partially cut, a release layer 12 which is formed on at least the lower side of the disconnectable part of the label base material 10, a resin layer 13 which is formed on the lower side of the label base material 10 or the release layer 12, a printing layer 14 which is formed to make the release layer visible through on the lower side of the release layer 12 and a tacky adhesive layer 15 which is formed on the lower side of the printing layer 14.
