PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable radio equipment, with which it is not necessary to perform operation controlling the direction of an antenna. SOLUTION: In the portable radio equipment, with which a main body 1 of portable radio equipment and portable terminal equipment 2 are connected by a communication line 3, a portable radio equipment casing 4 housing radio equipment in the main body 1 of portable radio equipment has a sucker 3 and the portable radio equipment casing 4 is fixed on the surface of a glass window 7, which is the non-metal part of an automobile, inside the car (or outside the car) by the sucker 3. Thus, since an antenna 5 can be fixed at a place avoiding a metal part, which disturbs radio communication, it is not necessary to operate the portable terminal equipment 2 controlling the direction of the antenna 5.
