PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the closed vessel of an induction electric apparatus in size so as to lessen its manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A transformer 1 is equipped with a transformer main body 2 housed in a tank 3 filled up with insulating gas, and slip-on type terminals 9 and output bushings 14 are mounted on a lid plate 5. The slip-on type terminals 9 are arranged at a prescribed interval of insulating distance (k) on an arrangement axis line 8 that extends on the side wall 7a of the lid plate 5 and inclines at an angle of 45 deg. with the side wall 7a. By this setup, as to the lid plate 5, a distance X between the adjacent slip-on terminals 9 and 9 in the direction in parallel with the side wall 7a can be set smaller than the prescribed insulating distance K, and the tank 3 can be reduced in size.
