PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device that can suppress deformation even under a high temperature and can provide a stable sealing effect without plastic buckling. SOLUTION: The sealing device 1 comprises a seal member 2 with one end 2a fixed to a fixing part 4 and the other end 2b abutted against an end 3a of a first member 3 for dividing spaces S1 and S2 with different temperatures. A body portion 3b of the first member 3 is formed into a thin plate, and the end 3a thereof is formed with a large wall thickness. The seal member 2 is formed from a plate capable of abutting the end 3a via elastic deformation. The abutting portion of the seal member 2 against the end 3a has a wear preventing member 5, and the end 3a has a ring member 6 for reducing friction.
