PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission for an agricultural working vehicle, having small speed-change shock, smooth forward-reverse shift operation and ease of compactness. SOLUTION: A planetary gear device 3 and a continuously variable transmission 4 are arranged in a transmission case. Power from an input shaft 20 is divided into parts, and one of the parts is transmitted to a sun gear 61 of the planetary gear device 4 and the other is transmitted to an internal gear 63 of the planetary gear device 4 after speed change by the continuously variable transmission 4. Thus, the power can be transmitted from a carrier pivotally supporting a planetary gear 62 of the planetary gear device 4 to an output shaft 21.
