PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fasten and loosen an embedded screw by forming a rotating force receiving surface and an extract force receiving surface in the embedded screw to surely transmit the rotating force and extract force applied to a head part made of synthetic resin to the embedded screw even in the case of an embedded forming screw used in a place disadvantageous in temperature condition. SOLUTION: The metal embedded screw 10 is inserted to form the head part 18 of a synthetic resin. A neck part 11 reduced in diameter more than a non-screw part 10b and a flange part 12 at the end are formed on the base end part connected to the head part 18 of the embedded screw 10, and a plane parallel to the axis of the non-screw part 10b is machined on the neck part 11 and the flange part 12 to form the rotating force receiving surface 13. The extract force receiving surface 14 is formed on the inside surface of the flange part 12. A gate 25 of metal molds 21, 22 in forming the head part 18 is provided in a position making an angle of about 180 degrees between the gate and the rotating force receiving surface 13.
