PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind which can more minutely adjust its height dimension than a conventional blind through simple operation. SOLUTION: According to the blind, a holder 30 is attached to a bottom rail, and an adjusting drum 32 is axially supported by the holder 30 in a manner being rotatable in the same. The adjusting drum 32 has a gear portion 32c formed on the periphery thereof, and the holder 30 has a receiving portion 30b1 formed therein for pinching the ladder cord 14 between the gear portion 32c and the receiving portion 30b1 per se. Then, by virtue of the pinching of the ladder cord 14 by the gear portion 32c and the receiving portion 30b1, the ladder cord 14 is connected to the bottom rail 24, and further rotation of the adjusting drum 32 leads to movement of a location at which the ladder cord 14 is pinched.
