PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain an adequate value for a pressure at which a vane thrusts a cylinder surface by sufficiently supplying a lubricant to a bearing portion of a rotor shaft, regardless of the rotating speed of a rotor, and controlling an oil pressure to be supplied to a high pressure hole, through which a back pressure is supplied to the vane, according to the rotating speed of the rotor. SOLUTION: An oil restrictor 44 to be opened/closed by the dynamic pressure of a gas discharged from a cylinder room is provided in an oil passage 32 out of an oil passage 31 communicating with the bearing portion branching from an oil passage 21 and the oil passage 32 communicating with the high pressure hole. When the rotating speed of the rotor is increased, the oil restrictor 44 gives a narrower opening area to the oil passage 32 to lower the back pressure of the vane, and when the rotating speed of the rotor is reduced, it gives a wider opening area to the oil passage 32 to raise the back pressure of the vane.
