PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stop-angle adjusting mechanism, by which engagement and disengagement with and from a bracket-shaft cam plate are facilitated and a backlash is not generated. SOLUTION: A tapered section is formed at an inserting end section into the mounting hole 7 of the cam plate 4 of an external serration 6 for a bracket shaft 2 while the opening edge section of the mounting hole 7 in the rear of a remote section from a bracket of the cam plate 4 is caulked in a ring shape.
