The present invention relates to a polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method of proteins by using a single gel system comprising a polyacrylamide support without a stacking gel. The electrophoresis system of the present invention comprises a separation gel, cathode and anode electrode solutions, and a power supply device, wherein the electrolyte composition of the separation gel of the electrode solutions is of a solution comprising acids, amines, and ampholyte. There, the mole ratio of amine to ampholyte is 1 to 0.8 SIMILAR 2. The pK of amine is 8 SIMILAR 8.5, while the pKs of anionic and cationic groups of the ampholyte are approximately 3.1 and 8.0, respectively. |
